Brand management
$116M portfolio
I help established consumer-brand companies upskill their brand managers and automate routine marketing work. Your team knows the brand. I bring the marketing experience and technical skills to turn AI into repeatable processes, with people in control.
Bring a research question, a campaign brief or a report your team produces every month. We work through it together: give AI the right brand context, challenge its output and decide what needs human judgment. Your team practices a repeatable method they can use again, with templates and quality checks.
Starts with two 90-minute remote sessions for up to eight people, built on your team's real work. Also available one-to-one for leaders.
When your team keeps gathering the same inputs, rebuilding reports or moving information between tools, we work on the process itself. I partner with your brand managers to design and build a workflow they can run: clear inputs, useful outputs, human review and a plan for exceptions.
Starts with a 90-minute working session on one recurring marketing task, followed by an agreed implementation scope.
I build, test and teach the workflow. That can mean organizing brand knowledge, connecting tools or developing an agent. We agree what to build and how to check it. A workshop can reveal the opportunity; you can also start directly with implementation.
The capability stays with your team. The work is designed to leave you with practical skills, documented processes and clear ownership. We start with your existing, approved tools and agree any new tools or integrations before building.
Turn customer research and competitor material into a brief with traceable sources. Explore positioning and campaign ideas against your brand context. Your team checks the evidence and chooses the direction.
Bring ad results into a recurring review, explore channel options or compare financial projections under different assumptions. People validate the numbers, interpret results and approve budgets.
Use approved brand information to draft retailer presentations, selling materials and campaign variations. Your team reviews claims, voice and accuracy before anything goes out.
Connect agreed data sources, prepare recurring updates and route work for review. A named owner handles exceptions and approves consequential actions. Build automation around a process the team can trust.
These are starting points, not a package of promised results. We choose one useful workflow, establish how it works today, and test whether the new process improves quality and reduces effort.
Your brand managers bring customer understanding, judgment and ideas. My goal is to free more of their time for that work by teaching them to delegate well to AI. You get useful work done while building a more capable team and processes you can repeat. Human oversight is part of the design: who reviews, what they check and when the system stops for approval.
I've sat on the marketing side of the table, the data side, and the building side. That's what a workshop or an engagement with me draws on.

Led customer-data strategy and privacy for the platform behind personalization at one of the world's largest consumer companies. Managed a data-science team and worked across business, engineering and legal. IDC HerzliyaBefore I had a degree, the Israeli Air Force handed a group of eighteen-year-olds a book on C++ and left us alone. No instruction. No Google. Just: figure it out, show us what you built. That's where I learned how to learn.
From there: a computer science degree, equity research at Barclays Capital, consulting at PwC, a Chicago Booth MBA, a $116M brand portfolio at Kraft, a luxury wine portfolio at Terlato, and four years at McDonald's leading data strategy and privacy for the customer data platform that powered personalization at scale.
Then in 2024, I walked away. Moved to Israel. Started building with AI. I'm a tinkerer: I learn by building something broken and fixing it.
After a decade in corporate, the syntax had moved on — but my understanding of systems, architecture, and how to learn fast had not. AI closed that gap. Since then: an AI agent running in production for a startup, and AI in my own work every day — research, analysis, writing, development. That's what I teach in workshops and bring into consulting: not theory, the actual practice.
Your team understands your brands better than I ever could on day one. My job is to help them turn that knowledge into better ways of working with AI. I bring business judgment, technical understanding and the willingness to work through the details together. The goal is more time for the work they do best, and the skills to keep improving it.
Bring one marketing task your team spends too much time on. In a 30-minute intro, we'll explore whether training, a better process or automation is the right starting point. No polished brief needed. Just the work, the friction and what you'd like to improve.
